By downloading, accessing, or using Trilio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Trilio provides real-time multilingual voice and video translation services for calls, messages, and voice notes across 29+ languages. Translation is performed automatically using AI; accuracy may vary by language pair, accent, and acoustic conditions.
The App offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play) account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings after purchase. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You will not:

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, software, and AI models — are owned by Trilio or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without written permission.
You retain ownership of the messages, voice notes, images, and other content you create or upload through the App ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content you grant Trilio a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit it solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., delivering and translating messages between participants).
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the third-party services involved.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Translation accuracy is not guaranteed and may vary; Trilio is not liable for any miscommunication, loss, or damage arising from translation errors. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trilio and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the App itself. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel, except where applicable consumer-protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
